We will now triage every patient over the phone before they attend the clinic, and only emergency cases will come into the clinic. Other cases will be cared for over the telephone- medication can and will still be prescribed. We will of course ensure that no pet’s welfare is compromised.
If you have an appointment booked with us today or in the future we will be calling you to discuss your pet’s needs and to decide the best way forward.
Medications and food can still be ordered by phone or email.
